I've tried a lot of insulated mugs, but these are my favorites, and I've used them for years. This was the first one I've ordered from Amazon. I used to get them from Target, but I haven't been able to find them recently. Pros and cons of the Bubba Keg: + It will keep your water ice cold longer than anything else out there. If you put ice water in your Bubba Keg, ten hours later you still have ice water. Now, if you leave the cup in your car in the Texas summer heat, that isn't true, but under normal circumstances it keeps drinks cold for a ridiculously long time. + For the cost, they last for a long time. I generally rotate a couple of Bubba Kegs, and they're good for a year or two. For a constant use item, I consider that a good buy. It fits nicely in my Toyota Matrix cup holder. When I'm driving the company truck (a Ford F250) it's a little top heavy in that cup holder. It cleans nicely, but make sure you clean it by hand. It keeps the ice for a long time and soft drinks stay fizzy and cold. Easy to hold handle. lid cover has nice drink lid, so no spilling.....seems non breakable if dropped. My drinks stay cold long time. perhaps you might look for a snap on top, instead of screw on. requires strong hand to tighten cover. Good quality..this 34 oz. size fits in car cup holder. Generally...recommend. |
